WP MPs should table a Bill so that whenever a MP from a GRC resigns, if there is no by-election, then Parliament should appoint an NCMP based on the last GE results.

Yes, there should at least be a proportional increase which means 97/93 x 12 = 12.52 round off to 13 NCMP seats.
Else to be even fairer, every 1 seat increase above 93 will be 1 seat added to NCMP seats capped at a certain amount, say 20, actually should be at least 50% of total seats since NCMPs can't vote for major bills which require 2/3 majority anyways. But of course PAP won't do it.

But since PAP is in power they don't care esp. now that 65% love to be arse-farked by PAP shiok shiok.
