The Govt. Has outsourced parking / traffic enforcement to Cisco, Altis, Ramky, Wilson parking,..etc,..
Some of these "officers" ride Msian bikes,..go issue summons like harvesting berries.
When One approaches these "officers", they don't bother with being courteous, and simply behave in a rude, thuggish manner.

Isn't it frustrating that the road-users here are being harassed by foreign-hired merceneries ?
