Gahmen needs to come clean on those cases classified as "work permit holders not residing in domintories"

Couple Of Points:

1. You can say don't be unhappy with Malays. No problem. Your other points I won't comment further, you can read I can read.

2. Regarding the point I made about % or numbers, I am simply saying that in my opinion, % of women who voted for MIW is higher than men. But % of different races who voted for MIW, my guess is that it is about the same. If you want to compare in terms of absolute numbers, than of course Chinese is higher than Malay, because total number of Chinese voters is so much higher than total number of Malay voters anyway. Anything more you want to comment on my opinion about voting pattern?

And if the dorms are locked down,it means the only people those non dormitory living can interact with are part of the community no?so basically it's all 100 percent community spread.....

#2 includes maids, but MOH does not report the number of maids.

Not sure about this, but I don't think ALL the dorms are on lockdown either. Making the #1 category as being "in the community" is probably to try and appease the sinkie peasants. And as usual, many will be appeased, perhaps 70%.

MOH are very concerned and have included an additional statement in their daily report, to assure the public that despite the increase in cases involving non-dorm foreign workers, they are mainly in the construction sector.

MOH report on 30 April:
Work Permit holders (residing outside dormitories): 31
There is an increase today in the number of new cases amongst Work Permit holders residing outside dormitories. The vast majority of these cases are workers in the construction sector serving their Stay-Home Notice (SHN) requirements. Based on weekly averages, the number has decreased, from an average of 29 cases per day in the week before, to an average of 19 per day in the past week.

In today's update, MOH did not mention anything about the nature of the work the non dorm FWs are doing.

MOH report on 1 May:
Work Permit holders (residing outside dormitories): 16

The number of new cases amongst Work Permit holders residing outside dormitories has decreased, from an average of 27 cases per day in the week before, to an average of 14 per day in the past week.

Based on the MOH Situation Report as at 3 May, there are 569 confirmed cases of work permit holders not residing in dormitories. Out of these, there are 166 cases which remain unlinked. There are 1,224 confirmed cases of residents and work pass holders. Out of these, there are 540 cases which remain unlinked.

In their latest situation report as at 10 May, MOH have apparently reclassified some foreign workers not residing in dormitories to foreign workers residing in dormitories.

Hence the latest numbers are as follows:
Based on the MOH Situation Report as at 10 May, there are 466 confirmed cases of work permit holders not residing in dormitories. Out of these, there are 149 cases which remain unlinked. There are 1,329 confirmed cases of residents and work pass holders. Out of these, there are 560 cases which remain unlinked.

Hence the latest numbers are as follows:
