Thank goodness that we have Lawrence Wrong and team to helm Sinkies. We have a steady stream of foreigners coming in to keep us competitive for jobs and create rental spikes. In addition, there is the reactive CDC vouchers which are used to offset permanent and drastic price hikes across Singapore.
