4. Some unscrupulous property bosses, while raking in HUGE tourist & local dollars, would hire CHEAP workers, some even at mere S$800/mth. Workers are NOT stupid - pay peanuts, one gets monkeys to do the job, with NO care or concern about their duties, nor would those unscrupulous bosses care. It's only a toilet after all, which toilet is clean anyway, & if one wishes to compare, just look at toilets in India....

5. But with accreditation, comes with DOCTRINES on the RESPONSIBLITIES to keep a toilet clean, which is IMPORTANT to keep tourists & locals to return regularly as return customers for life, every aspect counts.

6. With accreditation, bosses will at least respect the training of workers, responsibilities & PAY ACCORDING TO THEIR WORTH, thus higher salaries, which WILL work for all SKILL FUTURE training courses, so long as one is responsible & not too choosy, to earn an honest living to put food on table for loved ones..

Rest assured, for those whom are unable to obtain living wages job after such courses, MOM WILL investigate & fine tune such system better...
