I am really angry with him. He is always struggling to work with MS word and excel and I asked him to take the opportunity to use his skill future credit to sign up those courses to improve his office skills.

He never listen to me.

Instead he signed up Vietnamese course and he told me that he wants to talk to Vietnamese girls in the bars in Singapore and Saigon.
