What you said above is very true. From first to last point, all factually correct... at least on paper. No argument.

In real life, the last 3 points are not easy.

Example if you have been living in Singapore for the last 18 years, you think is so easy like what you said to just uproot and go home?

Also, for kids who were born in Singapore, live here for 18 years, grow up here, study here and friends all here, it is easy for them to pack up and "go home?".

I know eought PRs to tell me that is easier said than done!
