STOMPer BlackStallion was disgusted to see this foreign worker at a coffeeshop in Tampines Central cleaning her fingernails with a pair of scissors meant for cutting food.

Said the STOMPer:

"I was at a restaurant in Tampines Central a couple of weeks back and saw this foreign worker cleaning her nails using the scissors meant for cutting food.

"Are they just ignorant to basic hygiene requirements?"
