Why don't they just hire a foreign expert to run the show and be done with it.

now the blame has shifted to power transmission cables.........we have armoured cables in the ground for donkey years & I ve not seen them changed at all........ ditto those undersea cables
Now the battle cry is to change those in MRT network! Tikam tikam until the slinged balls hit the joker's mouth???
