Yes, the world has changed a lot. Technology and capabilities have changed tremendously. LHL and pap must realise that Singaporeans have access to information whether pap tries to control. What LHL knows is perhaps just a little more than the average Singaporean.
It is important that pap embraces Singaporeans and treat them like equals and not as ill informed servants
