PHNOM PENH -- When Ah Song heard his local payment app H-Pay had lost its license, he arrived at the National Bank of Cambodia in Phnom Penh before it opened on April 27 to claim the $8,049 he says was in his account.
 
Good luck when the 'regulators' of the Hun Sen regime are part of the problem.

Very easy way to suss out the Tiong businesses the next time you're in the downtown area: see if the brands have Chinese language puns, word plays, memes, references, 'inside jokes', Chingrish caused by direct translation. And not forgetting the occasional display of Tiong national pride animal: the panda. :cool:
