Let's start from the very basic ----- food and daily essential ie. milk
Adulteration should be punishable with death by law. ----- if actually implemented the population of Yindia will be reduced 50%.
In China several years ago got fake milk powder scandal. The director of company convicted in court with death penalty and carried out by firing squad. No more fake products. Something to learn from.

Government should have strict checking for hygiene too. India does not follow food hygiene.
