Does the government really got itself involved in such bootleg stuff? Anyway bootleg DVDs play like the real thing but not fake certificates.

My point actually was, there is no such thing as a 100% foolproofed system. There will always be those that work very hard to get around it. To use this to insinuate that the government does not care at all without knowing the actual number is ridiculous.

Somebody mentioned 1/5. Anything to support this figure? Is it going up, down, not changing at all?

Fake certificates are like counterfeit currency. The Government must try harder.
