All extra lot hope that management will rent out each $150/month. And the money will going to sinking fund to be fair to all resident. Because extra lot is belong to all the resident.
In fact, there is no mention of dedicated number of parking lots to be accorded to each Subsidiary Proprietor in the S&P. I'm very sure as I have checked mine. It only stated sufficient parking lots have been provided.
Anyway, I'm also the council member and at the next AGM, I'm going to expose the Chairman. He, as the office bearer, is a disgrace by acting bias to his own advantage as he has 2 cars in his family. Such a selfish idiot in my estate. By the way, both his and my units are of equal shares in the strata title.
