Evernote to close Singapore office as it fires 13% of global staff

Evernote has been under some scrutiny lately, with a well-circulated blog post arguing that things are not looking good for the company. Its app store rankings have been middling, and new apps are not doing well. Evernote was valued at US$1 billion in 2012.
