As long as the manager is a CECA, the remaining S'poreans in that dept are on borrowed time.
You need to do a linkedin and company website search or ROC search to be able to sieve out a bunch of them. If you still apply for the role, you have two outcomes:

2) Your resume will be copied by the CECA and make it as theirs to apply for future job.

Drawing from over 30 years as a PME who is now in senior management, I have witnessed that a significant proportion of non-S'porean rank-and-file employees struggle to meet expected standards. It is important to acknowledge that hiring discrimination is a reality, a fact confirmed by conversations with HR professionals who are close acquaintances. Instances of less capable foreign relatives/friends of management replacing retrenched locals have been happening far too often to be swept under the carpet. Locals need to send a clear message to the govt that this cannot continue to happen w/o consequences at the GE.

To sign clear message. Voters should kick out Ng Chee Meng, the fake Labour Union, and Tan Shit Leng the scandalous MOM minitoots.
 
As the developed world wises up to the the cunning, but incapable Indians, the SG Govt keeps repeating old mistakes by accepting even more discards.
Businesses prefer access to billions of people, not just a handful Of millions. CECA gives this access.

Our leaders have tons of bullshit to export to India where there is a strong demand from adults who use them as "Playdo".

Some even worse, they photocopied their passport and send it to HR without any resume attached and asked to be given a job. Such behaviour is telling that they don't need resume, with the understanding that if the HR is an Indian, they stood a better chance than sinkies to land a role.
At least they will spend in SG and support rental market, better than Jiuhu who earn $$$ here and never spend any $$$ here at all

Based on feedback online and from acquaintances, S'poreans have routinely been laid off and replaced by CECAs at many IT and finance companies by Indian managers/supervisors. Until today, the PAP has turned a blind eye to this blatant discrimination in our own country.
 
I stand by what I say: To hell with CECA
 
Sinkapore is the only country in the world to allow unlimited number of Ah Nehs to work here. Why? Only the PAP knows. Maybe they think that only the Ah Nehs can grow the economy or maybe Modi has made the PAP kowtow to him.

Why would SIA want to own 25 percent of dirt-bag Air India? Only Mr Goh and Temasick know.
 

Good LTA engineer counselled after video of him berating construction site worker surfaces​

The Land Transport Authority said the engineer has expressed regret for his actions and has apologised to the staff member involved.

In a video uploaded on Singapore Road Vigilante’s Facebook page on Aug 24, a man wearing a white safety helmet is seen berating a man wearing a yellow one.
SINGAPORE – A Land Transport Authority (LTA) engineer working at a site in Tanah Merah has been counselled after a video recording of an incident between him and an LTA contractor’s staff member emerged on social media.

One iteration of the video, which was uploaded on Singapore Road Vigilante’s Facebook page on Aug 24, went viral, attracting at least 370 comments, 580 reactions and 147,000 views as at Aug 25. Many comments were critical of the engineer’s behaviour.

The same video has appeared on other social media sites too.
