Oh so there are early birds who buy in August 2009 and yes it is 36 months from SPA date. Then it would be a few months late so there should be LD to claim from UEM.


Mine is signed in early June 2010 and delivery is end May 2013.

Hi, I was in East Ledang today with a friend. They will be launching Phase 6, Lake Park Semi Ds on September 9. The built up is around 3300 sft and land size is 4000 sft. Estimated price is RM 1.7M. Do note that they will NOT be launching the lake fronting rows at this time.

Maybe try disabling the checkbox button to stop it from referencing locally? A couple of pictures that you have posted here are pretty big though so you must be doing something right.
