It is the middle class that dictate if your country can progress or not. There are many millionaires and billionaires in Africa. However, 90% are living less than USD2 /day. Sorry to say these countries are hopeless. It takes a miracle to uplift them.

You missed so many other fake accident videos. Its actually quite common. There is even one video i saw where a tiong ran into a parked car. Its so silly. Countries with high iq does not do these things.
