THREE prisoners – Iryan Abdul Karim, 21; Muhammad Hamdan Abdul Rahman, 20; and Mohammed Zameen Abdul Manoff, 21 – are accused of assaulting their 22-year-old former cellmate.

The offences are said to have been committed over eight days, from April 27 to May 4 last year.

Iryan faces 14 charges; Hamdan, 12; and Zameen, 15.

Apart from charges of punching and kicking the alleged victim and stepping and jumping on his chest, they are also said to have forced him to swallow human faeces.

All three are accused of making their former cellmate perform oral sex on them, while Zameen is accused of sodomising him.

The trio admit beating him up but are disputing the sexual offences. Their defence is that the sexual acts were consensual.
