新北市一名28歲蕭姓女子昨（22）日下午向警方控訴，凌晨3時許於台北市忠孝東路四段搭上Uber時，遭到38歲林姓男司機性侵，蕭女稱林男將車輛停放敦化南路路旁，並到後座強吻、掐頸、解開蕭女褲子鈕釦，但因遭蕭女反擊踹開而作罷。林男昨晚接近12時到台北市警局大安分局配合調查，面對媒體詢問，林男否認涉案。
蕭女昨天下午2時許請友人上網發文求助，隨後又在友人的陪同下，到新北市警局中和分局報案。她向警方表示，凌晨3時許在台北市忠孝東路四段搭上林男駕駛的Uber後，準備前往新北市中和區時；她閉目養神不到20分鐘，便發現林男將車輛停至敦化南路路旁，走到後座強吻蕭女臉頰，見其反抗，便一度伸手掐傷蕭女頸部，還將蕭女褲子鈕扣、拉鍊解開。
但因蕭女出腳踹開林男，林男氣憤甩上車門，並將車門安全鎖鎖上，揚言要將蕭女載往新北市三重區。隨後蕭女撥打電話向友人求助，見林男無動於衷，甚至在高架道路上打開車窗說要跳車，林男才願意折返、往中和方向前進。
蕭女說，雖然最後回到中和，但心中的驚恐與傷害仍無法釋懷，「我下車時，褲子是掉下來的」。她還提到，事後撥打電話給Uber公司申訴，對方卻表示，林男向公司回報凌晨3時30分就已經將乘客送至目的地；但蕭女駁斥，下車時自己有拍該車車號，記錄顯示照片是在凌晨4時20分時拍下的，雖然Uber公司說已將林姓駕駛停權，並會全力配合調查，蕭女仍不服。
然而，警方初步調查，發現該Uber車輛轉進敦化南路後，便一路直行，直接開上基隆路高架道路，過程中並無停留，與蕭女說法有出入。林男昨晚見警方找上門，便主動配合調查，晚上11時許已隨警方到大安分局說明案情，面對媒體詢問，林男否認性侵，且與蕭女並不認識。詳細案情仍有待警方深入釐清。

A 28-year-old woman surnamed Xiao in New Taipei City complained to the police yesterday afternoon (22) that she was sexually assaulted by a 38-year-old male surnamed Lin in the 4th section of Zhongxiao East Road, Taipei. The man parked the vehicle on the road near Dunhua South Road, and kissed the back seat, licked the neck, and untied the button of the Xiao women's pants, but was dismissed because of the Xiao women's counterattack. Lin Nan was close to 12 o'clock last night and went to the Taipei City Police Department Daan Branch to cooperate with the investigation. In the face of media enquiries, Lin Nan denied the case.
At 2 o'clock in the afternoon, Xiao female asked her friends to send a text for help, and then accompanied by friends, she went to the Xinbei City Police Station and the branch office to report the case.
