If you start living a women free life when you are young and able, you will evolve and conditioned to live alone very well into your old age. You will set up a life that is suitable for your own style of sole living and thrive in it.

Many old people are so used to have people around them and when shit happens, they are left alone and it can be very hard for them.

one such youtuber is krazy koala. She is single, never married and no kids but her life is so full and happening. She actually travel to 193 countries solo and celebrate it after completing it. Tough mental strength and strong. dunno if here character profile fit her as she is an INTJ.

It is most unfortunate that many adult children do not wish to look after their elderly parents whom they view as a burden. Many cannot wait for the seniors to pass on, so they may inherit their homes and wealth, or what remains of it.

Yesterday encountered 2 cases of very sad incidents, both in hospital ward.

1. Elderly patient passed away, and the nurse contacted the familee member multiple times, and the leeply was - I'm busy to cum. Nurse told him we cannot leave the deceased in ward for more than 2 hours, please cum. And no shadow seen.

2. Elderly patient in critical condition, with oxygen tube dislodged. When my helper told the nurse the tube dislodged already , nurse leeplied nevermind. Wtffff. Patient haven't passed away de woh.
Sadly no visitors to the patient until her last breath.

There is an absence of filial piety among the current generation of S'poreans for their elderly parents. It has a lot to do with our work culture and the extremely high cost of living. With up to 80% of people struggling to pay the bills and set aside enough for retirement, having to shell out time and money to look after ageing parents is seen as a burden they can do without.
