eventually 3g will be phased out and frequencies refarmed for 5g and 6.9g. sinkies need to upgrade to new phones which support 4g and up.

pagers will also be phased out as low band frequencies are a premium. but some modern pagers are still in use for emergency services, utilizing narrow cellular and satellite frequencies, for sexample the guard bands. however, iot will also be using those narrow guard bands soon.
