Ah Bui, you also got 6 packs ... they are just under a thick layer of fats.

Don't waste your time. Sit ups won't give you a sixpack. Neither will crunches or leg raises or using ab machines.

You need to reduce overall body fat through eating right, doing intense cardio and gaining muscle through weights training.

Yes. No such thing as "spot reduction".

BK,

we support you, if you serious then ask things you not sure, a lot of bros sure can answer one.

Must run eveyday to lose fat? Run for how long?

I do fast walking round the block which is roughly 3 miles every morning....don't feel tired.....guess that is the only thing fat as i am are good at......:p

BK, its difficult to say without knowing your fitness history and background and I'm no expert.

I would say start slowly and be patient, the results will come. In general, eat less (especially dinner - I eat half a fist of rice now for dinner), and start exercising. Start with walking to build up general fitness and only when you feel better start slow jogging and slowly build up distance and time. Just be patient and its ok with small progress, you don't want an injury and lose momentum......

RT is correct, the 6 pack is there but it will only show after you reduce your body fat % to less then 10% and that is difficult to reach by itself.

good luck
