How about showing a good example, by voluntariiy taking a 20 per cent decrease in their annual compensation as well as forgoing any bonus.
In addition, may be the PAP politicians will set the tone, by telling us that they are there to serve, and therefore will freeze their MP's allowance and Ministers' salaries until the next General Elections.
