I have seen too many 'lone wolves' trying to locate a table while holding a tray of piping hot noodles. When dining alone on weekdays at peak hour, please reserve at least a seat with your water bottle or umbrella.

i’m now dining at rh rooftop restaurant in palo alto. very high end but can sit with bermuda shorts and any collared shirt. they serve caviar 6.9 types for a minimum of $69. a lobster roll alone is $96. a wagyu ribeye steak is $369. i have a view of the santa cruz range in the west with greenery and spring pollen all around me. beautiful sunny day at 69 degrees f. drinking proseco with peach puree. sometimes it’s great to enjoy outdoor dining at noon with a nice cool breeze mixed with sunshine. can never do that in sg due to the hot and humid climate.
