So, my question is, is there a conflict of interests here?
In what way has Mr Sear, being the grassroot leader of Eunos, sitting in multiple committees in Eunos community, has influence the decisions in the various Eunos RCs and committees to use R2E Concepts' services whose MD is also Mr Sear?

And it's fairly rampant, happening in other areas too.
You'll find tentage contractors sitting on committees as chairmen, event people such as Sear on their organising committees, and so on.
Corruption in a very subtle way. The guys "work" for free on the CCs on committees, in return they get the juicy contracts.
But why should that surprise us? It's happening at the top of our society in full glare of light where the media always look the other way and even work hard to find reasons to support it. Ethics, moral authority and sheer logic have been tossed out the window and replaced by such reasons as "shortage of talent" "exceptional family" "appointed by independent committee not by me". Yeah sure, if I want to give Zoe Tay the best actress of all time award, I'll just make sure that the selection committee are all die-hard Zoe Tay fans.
