Ever read the fine print? The coverage is pathetic.
Medisave is only useful for getting subsidy for minor operations e.g. wisdom tooth extraction.

That is binary thinking - if not self-funding then it should be a welfare state. No wonder after 50 years in power, they still cannot find the right solution.
