None of the above. In fact, he is now in the top decision-making group of 5 people. On the other hand, MOL is not a difficult ministry to manage for a trained lawyer, even one who is short and not the sharpest tool in the shed.

PM should instead appoint him as Minister in MCCY. Then everyone in Singapore will know the implications.
