Sometimes they fuck up on a big scale (Lui Tuck Yew). Other times they fuck up on a smaller scale (Desmond Kuek, Ng Yat Chung).

His performance bonus is dependent on meeting a set of KPIs. Service disruption and train speed are 2 different set of KPIs. In order to have more bonus, he need to manage his KPIs and say that this was due to slow speed and not disruption.

Wah, Singapore's England nowadays getting more and more powderful.
In yesterday's COI, one constable retracted his statement - he said that the previous day, he did not "arrest" any of the rioters. He just "caught" them.
Must have been fcuked by his superiors for what can be interpreted to be quite well rehearsed responses.
They speak a bit too "elegantly" for me to believe that all our PCs speak like this, their choice of words and expressions etc.
