OMS scholar comes back from London and is due to complete his NS. While there managed to get medical letter certifying him as allergic to grass. Submit letter to Mindef. Mindef tells him case is to be reviewed and post him for NCO course of some sort. He undergoes training while MIndef postpones review dates. Course completed.

He turns up for review and Medical Panel notifies him that they are going to charge him for misconduct as he had no reaction to grass thru out his training.
