The chink driver intended to compensate him S$972.88 for car repair and S$420 for loss of car use, which i believe is generous. Total compensation will be $1392.88. After court judgement, the m&d is actually loaded 10 times more, even though he did not hit the target of $75k. The chink driver has to paid lawyer fee both sides, very bad luck.

That means can the chink counter sue? And this case is basically wasting the courts time...
