Demise of Health Centre,..Mushrooming of China-Owned Spas

Hi,..
the health centres that many used to enjoy, is almost extinct.
Malaysian Girl Masseurs,..where are they now ?
Was it due to anti-Vice Raids ?
But in the meantime, so many 24-hour Spas opened.
From the HDB Heartlands, up to Peoples Park, right across to North Bridge Road,..
All owned by China-named proprietors.

How did this happen ?
How can these China-named entrepreneurs suddenly take over and totally dominate the massage scene ?

Is there someone inside that helps facilitate this ?

In the meantime, lotss of illicit sex-sales happens,...
