Collect rain water to water the plants... legal...

Rain water contain natural minerals good for the plants... water plants with tap water no good. Contain chloride and chlorine kill the plants... no nutrition....

Form GRC in group to sue PAP.... form a few GRC groups to sue PAP at the same time on the same itemized reasonings .... huat ah... PAP like to play grouping to win seats... now it is coming back to haunt them... Uber ride sharing things...

As I understand, government also collects our urine and recycle it to become new water. How come we cannot collect taxes from government for collecting our urine ?
