Nothing is totally safe.

Going to S Korea and Japan carries some risks. Not likely that N Korea will attack S Korea or Japan now but it can still happen. N Korea carried out two missile tests in two weeks. It may carry out another test anytime. A test can go wrong and the missile, instead of falling in the sea, can land in Japan. So the risk is there, although minimal.

What has more risk is the flight. Another can go wrong with the flight.

So yes, it is never totally safe in life.

What is important is your faith in who you believe and what you do
