Spoke to Kevin Wee from Rebound with Resilience last Saturday on the topic of mental health. Kevin had made a stop at Orange & Teal during his walk across Singapore to raise funds for SAMH and spread awareness on mental health. Do show your support for his campaign at http://give.asia/.../coast-to-coast-trail-interviews....
We stopped by Dr Chee Soon Juan 徐顺全 new café Orange & Teal to ask him questions on mental health & community. To Dr Chee: glad to see you again, your heart for people has and will continue to inspire me.

Last week, as part of my birthday fundraising for Singapore Association for Mental Health, I walked the coast to coast trail (36km) to give away $$$ and conduct interviews around mental health. SAMH is over 50 years old and provides effective and affordable psychosocial services and therapy. I choose them as the beneficiary because 1) their vision resonates closely with ours , and 2) I’ve known people who’ve benefited from their services and also interacted with dedicated professionals from SAMH. Hence, I take heart that the money donated will be put to good use.
Especially with the recent tragedy, we simply cannot afford to ignore mental health awareness and progress anymore. Mental health is not just reserved to a select few; it is shared responsibility. And I hope this video inspires you to see that
