I’d start by powering off, holding reset for a few seconds, and bumping brightness; if the screen stays dark, plug into a computer and run the firmware update. Keep the 12‑/24‑word seed safe before any risky steps. Meanwhile I use a virtual crypto card from UnCard to spend small amounts while I sort a replacement.
