Holy cow! I thought they are supposed to have called for tender and be transparent on such business dealing instead of assigning all HDB flats conveyancing to Lee and Lee?

Have u been fucking living under a stone for the last 50 years? Ever since the first generation of HDB flats were build, all the legal business were send to Lee and Lee for conveyancing and all that. What's that called if not cronyism and nepotism? You dumbass.
