Fire at HDB void deck

A FIRE broke out at a HDB void deck in Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 at about midnight on Wednesday.

It occurred on the ground floor of Block 172 near the letter box.

A man and a woman, both middle-aged, were rushed to Singapore General Hospital for smoke inhalation.

Why are people standing around at void deck to inhale the smoke ?
Are Singaporeans stupid or what ?
Or claiming money from government like the massage case of molest.

the couple maybe is the one starting it,who knows else exactly who will be so stupid to stand and inhale those smoke.
