2. $5000 a year for driving license.
3. Speed limit reduced to 40kph max throughout the road network.
4. Max 1000cc petrol engines and the equivalent HP rating for hybrid/electric vehicles.
5. Age cut off of 65 years.

Not a good idea to cycle on highways. In jiu hu, you will be arrested and charged. Highways not meant for slower traffic.Keppel viaduct is a highway and the expect cars to give them way ? Hahaha

thats y we burmese strongly believed that bike is the way to go. bike is the safe , safer , very safe , safer , safest . saferest , safestest , most safe , more safe .
