Cracks appearing on Iconic Punggol HDB

Owners will have to live in fear. Imagine the whole building collapse in the middle of the night. This is as good as sudden dead
My kakis and I have decided to avoid cycling along punggol waterway. Sekali the buildings collapse on us. I would encourage everyone to do the same.

So serious? You exaggerating again?

The old ones are built by real Singaporeans.
old hdb flats were built by jiuhukias and samsui women. worse. i posted about the shoddy construction methods, anyhow humtum concrete mixture, lack of precision survey and measurement tools, bamboo scaffolding, improper rebars, etc. those taller than 6.9 floors need to be torn down and rebuilt before 69 years are up.

This looks like one giant JTC industrial estate. What kind of iconic structure is that?

Will it be possible that it will shoot to 1 million dollar?

we are having toufu building like china liao.we are becoming mini china

The older ones were built by laying slabs of bricks or stone, layer upon layer. You can see the gap or groove in between each brick or stone.

Technology wasn't advanced back in the day, so 12 or 13 storeys were the highest level of those flats.
