Could someone explain why these Nationalities are 'prefered'

One of the main reasons is the FTAs signed with these 3rd world countries.

this is the point i have been trying to find out!!! when we signed those FTA with those 3rd world cuntries, is local employment market part of the agreement??? if its the case, then this is really treacherous act to Singaporean.

I have always wanted to ask, but I do not dare to post in MSM forums because I do not want to be branded as a racist. Since I am here, I am going to ask openly:

(1) Why do our PAP Government / local companies seem to prefer Indian nationals, PRC Nationals and Pinoy Nationals? Is it due to political reasons or is it due to cultural context. The choice to get PRC and Indians are rumoured to be LKY's idea.

(2) What can't we attract better talents from the Scandinavian countries or even Taiwan/Hong Kong?

sorry, Party Against People not looking for talents. real talents are hard to manage because Party Against People gov not good enough, they can only manage trash. thats why they keep taking in trash. anyway, Party Against People gov want cheapest alternative than real talents.
