You have to buy that conversion software from them.
I have only one document to convert.

Lol, not my fault for jumping to conclusion then, OK. Ask Uncle Yap, he should know.
Depending on how "complex" your doc documents is. You might be better off creating a LaTeX documents yourself from scratch. Another avenue is to convert it into an ODF file before converting it into a LaTeX file. There would be better "compatibility" btw odf and latex I suspect.
