Convert Word doc to latex doc: Anyone know ?

I need to convert a MS Word document to Latex format ( .tex )
Is there any free software available to do it ?

Bro..I know that site.
You have to buy that conversion software from them.
I have only one document to convert.
Hence looking for some simple free software.

Depending on how "complex" your doc documents is. You might be better off creating a LaTeX documents yourself from scratch. Another avenue is to convert it into an ODF file before converting it into a LaTeX file. There would be better "compatibility" btw odf and latex I suspect.
