Good for Singapore. Sailing is fully backed by Ng Ser Miang. when his daughter was in it he managed to get funds allocated for the revamping teh whole programme as well as the facilities.,

That place however is when your phone switches to Indon Telco and end up paying roaming charges if it is on.
