Ok this is kinda funny. We used to have this cleaning auntie who cleans our office at a previous location. At the old office location, different units share a communal toilet at each storey.

However, as we recently moved to a new location, the structure also changed. Each office unit will now have a toilet built in.

There used to be this cleaning auntie who helped us to clean up, boil water, wash mugs etc. Then when she learned that we are moving to new office, she asked whether she can continue to clean for us at new office. Everything seemed fine. Then when we told her that she need to clean toilet at new office, she declined!

If she decline even offer increase wage then just have to let her go. Forcing also make both not happy.
Why dont you give us the location/building name. No need unit.
Office size/sqf included toilet. Salary and working time.

No la . I mean we can try to help out to find cleaner. Many aunty without skill and qualification willing to work. Help local peasant to find work also can get the grant from gov if she is working and salary is below the gov requirement.
With this at least the family can have extra money.

Did you even ask her why she did not want to clean toilets? Maybe she has a back problem and bending down for long is difficult. Maybe she has another part-time job cleaning toilets and she is sick of it. Maybe she has no idea how big the toilet is or how many people will be using it. People like you are exactly the reason why I am convinced Sinkieland is doomed as a country, PAP or no PAP.

Not every problem can be solved by throwing money at it. If Bill Gates were to give you his entire fortune if you castrate yourself, will you do it?

What's wrong with that? Just like I religiously the right of the employer to hire and fire at will, I will equally vehemently endorse the right of the employee to quit if he/she does not like the conditions. She doesn't like to wash toilets so she quits/doesn't take on the new job. Just so long as she doesn't turn out to the state for handouts.

Employment is willing buyer-willing-seller. Nothing more, nothing less.
