【星島日報報道】英國貴族學校凱莉山來港辦學計劃一波三折，最終在尖沙嘴好兆年行2樓設校，去年1月獲教育局批准臨時註冊，可在該處開辦全日制私立中、小學課程。惟該校被指拖欠位於好兆年行地下上層鋪位的租金，昨被業主入稟高等法院，要求法庭下令遷出和賠償2個月租金共11萬元。
原告為Fidelity Realty Limited，被告分別為Mount Kelly International Limited（下稱凱莉山）及Wong Chung Martin（下稱次被告）。公司註冊處資料顯示，次被告是凱莉山的董事。
入稟狀指，上述鋪位的應課差餉租值超過32萬元。凱莉山自前年12月1日租用該鋪位作商鋪用途，為期2年，月租5.5萬元。次被告亦簽署擔保凱莉山按時交租及其他一切費用。惟凱莉山自上月1日起未有交租，業主3度發律師信追討不果興訟。
凱莉山惹上官非已非首次。該校原擬於紅磡祥祺中心設校，但城規會前年9月拒絕改劃申請，又於去年2月拒絕覆核決定。該校於去年11月遭工程公司入稟高院，追討約181萬元工程費用。
