Nowadays, Viets do not know who they are actually? Probably, they have not been looking at the mirror for a long time.
They can provoke anyone in SEA except Chinese or ethnic-Chinese.
At all things equal, they have nothing advantage over the PRC be it diplomatically, economics, militarily, judicial, socially, culturally, historically, landmass, agriculturally or anything under the sun.
Viet's pleasant know all these but the Viet Government loves to think they are the ''Prussian of SEA". Till now they still dare not put the trigger at PRC.
