Haha an overhyped area of ugly clusters of overcrowded and overpriced old flats.

Unlike its sisters Geylang and even Little India there are no condominiums in Chinatown.

It will never work with these scholars who probably never even step into a wet market.

Chinatown has to be dirty, stink, filthy, uncontrolled and unmanaged. Put in all these and you will get back the original Chinatown.
