almost 80% of nehs in india profess to be hindus, but imo the most accurate way to count them as true practising hindus is to count only the brahmins who dedicate their time in temples and rituals. even children of brahmins should not be counted if they shed their temple duties and religious rituals to becum lawyers, engineers and doctors in big cities and foreign lands. just being born into a hindu family should not be automatically counted.
