there was the nazi party and there was the wehrmacht. neither the two were the same as some german officers couldn’t see eye to eye with the nazis - part of the reason why ss divisions which comprised ideological nazi members were formed as they didn’t trust the wehrmacht.

Chiang kai shek was initially deeply interested in socialism and communism and when his only biological son Chiang Ching Kuo was a teenager was sent to the Soviet Union to study. The younger Chiang spoke fluent Russian and even married a Russian woman. Father and son would llater became sworn enemies of the Chinese communist.
